c) Exceptions: If a customized item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from what was described or ordered, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still apply.
d) Order Confirmation: Before we begin production on any customized item, we will confirm the details of your order. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct at this stage.
e) Cancellations: Orders for customized items may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may incur charges to cover costs already incurred.
We encourage all customers to carefully consider their orders for customized items before confirming, as these orders represent a binding agreement once production begins.
